There are a variety of personal trainers and programs that are available at the Mort Harris RFC. We tailor a specific individualized program personally made just for you and your individual needs. Certified Campus Recreation personal trainers conduct one on one sessions as well as small group sessions. Included in your sessions are fitness assessments, proper form instruction, personal goal setting, and proper nutritional instruction to help you achieve results at a more efficient rate. Personal trainers will diversify your workouts, improve your cardiovascular endurance, help you improve your strength, increase flexibility, and help you to achieve your individual results.
