Fit Tours 2017

Each month the Mort Harris RFC will host fitness and educational classes around campus. These classes are FREE for WSU faculty and staff. Fitness classes range from zumba, aerobics to yoga. All fitness levels welcome!

Schedule

January at the School of Social Work

Fitness Classes:

  • Zumba Flow, Mondays at 12:00 p.m. (40-45 min.) with Sherrian: January 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th
    Join us for a fun lite workout with basic low intensity, no impact movements, stretches & standing core work designed to increase muscle tone while improving circulation, flexibility, stability & coordination. 
  • Stretch It Out, Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. with Tylar: January 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th
    Re-align, re-energize& and recover with this workout designed to improve flexibility and increase range of motion. This class will work in tandem with your current routine, or if you are just getting started. You will learn different ways to stretch or simply enjoy opportunity to unwind.

    Posture and Pain/Exercise Success Tips to beat Winter blues

February at the Law School

    Join us for a fun lite workout with basic low intensity, no impact movements, stretches & standing core work designed to increase muscle tone while improving circulation, flexibility, stability & coordination.
