Power Training

Power training is a result oriented class for those that are looking to have an extraordinary workout, while burning massive amounts of calories, still having fun, and looking good. A personal trainer will take you through a workout using state of the art functional equipment with other fun activities that do not involve the equipment.

Power Training is $175 for 8 weeks! Returning participants- $150 or $50 off (per new participant) if they register a new participant
Participants are required to attend two classes per week.
