Is a total body workout that challenges your cardiovascular and muscular systems.  Using high power kickboxing moves (punches and kicks) you will be drilled through each move; learn combinations and end with core work and a cool down stretch.

Campus Recreation and Club Sports

The Department of Campus Recreation is committed to providing a comprehensive Recreation and Club Sports program for the entire campus community.  Campus Recreation Sports events range from full season leagues to one day tournaments and contests.  Sports are varied between men's and women's divisions, as well as co-rec leagues.  Competitive athletes and recreational players can both find teams.

The Club Sports program is dictated by the dedication of the Wayne State student body.  Teams are created and governed out of student interest and can range from competitive to educational teams.
