Personal Training
There are a variety of personal trainers and programs that are available at Mort Harris Recreation and Fitness Center. Certified personal trainers tailor an individualized program personally made for your individual needs and can conduct one on one or small group sessions. Included in your sessions are fitness assessments, proper form instruction, personal goal setting, and proper nutritional instruction to help you achieve results at a more efficient rate. Personal trainers will diversify your workouts, improve your cardiovascular endurance, help you improve your strength, increase flexibility, and help you to achieve your individual results.
