Fees for equipment rental will are also charged when applicable (climbing wall equipment, towels, etc.). Staffing needs are determined by the Director of Campus Recreation in conjunction with the individual submitting the reservation request. All groups and organizations that are not recognized WSU student orgs. Greek organizations, or have members who are not WSU currently enrolled students, must provide a certificate of general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 naming the WSU Board of Governors as additionally insured prior to any reservation. High Ropes Course and Rock Wall rentals do not need a Liability insurance certificate because they are lead by Mort Harris Recreation and Fitness Center Adventure Staff.
